CHARLOTTE'S WEB will be performed by the East Lyme Children's Theater on Saturdays, March 14 and March 21 at 7:00 P.M. and Sundays, March 15 and March 22 at 2:00 P.M. at the Niantic Center School. Tickets are $3.00 and will be available at the door. The Children's Theater celebrates it's 29th performance this year.
Wednesdays, 10:15 to 11:00 A.M. in the Library Complex. The program is an introduction to dance, rhythm, music and creativity for both boys and girls ages THREE AND FOUR YEARS OLD. Class size is limited to 12 participants. INSTRUCTOR: Kim Neal

Thursdays, 7:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Library Complex. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art and health practice which is often described as "meditation in motion". Tai Chi's slow graceful movements help to strengthen and relax the body. The benefits include increased flexibility, concentration, focus and a healthy sense of well being. An organizational meeting for the 1998 Men's Softball League will be held Monday, March 16 at 7:30 P.M., in the Library Complex. Representatives from teams interested in participating should attend. League play begins Monday, May 18, 1998.
Tuesday evenings, 7:00 to 9:30 P.M. at the Flanders Elementary School Gymnasium. The program is currently in session through March 25.
FEE: $2.00 PER PERSON, PER EVENING
This program meets Tuesdays, 7:30 to 9:30 P.M. at the Middle School, January 6 through March 24. No Program 2/17/98.

Duplicate bridge games are held on Tuesdays at The Library Complex Activities Room from 10:00 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. The duplicate bridge games are associated with the American Contract Bridge League. BRIDGE DIRECTOR: Pat Kelsey

The Chess Club continues to meet on Tuesdays 7 TO 11 P.M. at the Library Complex. The program is open to players of all levels. Players are paired and play games amongst themselves with the eventual goal of a ranking ladder. If the interest is strong, club members can apply for USCF membership and National ranking. In the event of a cancellation, announcements will be made on radio stations WLIS, WSUIB, WN-LC/WTYD, WAVF-/WVVE, the day of the required class. In the event the East Lyme Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather, ALL RECREATION PROGRAMS WILL BE CANCELED FOR THE DAY.
